Azuma Park 東公園

Azuma Park is a recreational park for Kuroishi citizens, a 3.14-hectare park with a slope that stretches between Prefectural Route 268 and the Aseishi River, on the east side of the city. It is famous with its cherry blossoms and the Kuroishi Sakura Festival held yearly in the latter half of April. The blooming of about 700 cherry trees reminds us of the long-awaiting arrival of spring.
