BUNACO Experience Tour
You will experience making BUNACO crafts at the BUNACO Nishimeya Factory in Nishimeya Village, the gateway to the World Heritage Site “Shirakami Sanchi” and have lunch at the BUNACO CAFE inside the factory, and after the crafting experience, eat a baumkuchen made with honey from Nishimeya Village and a sweet treat made with a generous amount of Nishimeya Japanese chestnut squeezed by yourself! This is a special tour.
於世界遺產「白神山地」附近的西目屋村的BUNACO西目屋工廠內體驗BUNACO製作，並在工廠內的BUNACO CAFE享用午餐，製作體驗結束後，還有甜點製作體驗，將西目屋栗子泥壓榨在使用西目屋產蜂蜜製作的年輪蛋糕上，一個特別體驗之旅。
世界遺産「白神山地」の玄関口である西目屋村のブナコ西目屋工場でBUNACOの製作体験と工場内のBUNACO CAFEでランチ、そして制作体験後には西目屋村で採れたはちみつを使って作られたバームクーヘンに西目屋和栗をたっぷりと自分で絞って作るスイーツを食べるスペシャルツアーです。
What about BUNAKO?
BUNACO is a unique woodworking product made by rolling up long, thin tapes of Buna wood like coils and then pressing them together using a teacup.
BUNACO 是一種獨特的木製品，是將山毛櫸木以細長帶子的形狀纏繞成線圈，然後用茶杯將其成型。
BUNACOとは細長いテープ状にしたブナの木をコイルの様に巻き重ねていき、湯飲み茶碗を使って押し出しながら成型する独特な木工品です。

After making BUNACO, you can enjoy sweets at BUNACO CAFE in the factory. You will make your own baumkuchen using honey from Nishimeya village, and squeeze a lot of Nishimeya Japanese chestnuts put on the baumkuchen.
BUNACO製作體驗後，於工廠內的BUNACO CAFE還有簡單甜點製作體驗。將西目屋栗子泥壓榨在使用西目屋產蜂蜜製作的年輪蛋糕上。
BUNACO製作したあとは工場内のBUNACO CAFEでスイーツをいただきます。西目屋村で採れたはちみつを使ったバームクーヘンに西目屋和栗のたっぷりモンブランを自分で絞って作ります。

Aomori Prefecture, home to one of the world’s largest virgin beech forests, the World Heritage Site called “Shirakami Sanchi,” was abundant with beech trees. While beech trees have a suppleness that can be expressed because they are a material with the ability to retain water, also known as the “dam of the forest,” they have long been avoided as a material for building materials and woodwork because of their large degree of distortion and difficulty in processing. BUNACO is a woodwork product that is carefully handmade one by one using a unique and original manufacturing method developed to make effective use of beech wood.
青森縣擁有世界上巨大型的的原始山毛櫸樹林之世界遺產白神山地，山毛櫸資源非常的豐富。山毛櫸具有保水材質，也被稱為“森林水庫”。雖然它具有柔軟的質感，但是因為易變型難以加工，所以長期以來一直被避免將其用作建築材料或木製品材料。為了能有效利用山毛櫸木材而開發的獨特製造方法並一件一件精心手工製作而成的木製品即是BUNACO。
世界最大級のブナの原生林、世界遺産「白神山地」がある青森県にはブナの木が豊富にありました。ブナは「森のダム」とも言われる保水力のある素材だからこそ、表現できるしなやかさがある反面、建材や木工品の材としては狂いが大きく加工しにくいという理由で、長い間忌避されてきたものでした。このブナの木を有効利用するために開発された独自のユニークな製法で、ひとつひとつ丁寧に手作りされている木工品がBUNACOです。
